Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before tour date. 

(Since there may be price changes on New Year's party, WelcomeIst has the right to cancel reservations made for New Year's party at the standard price.)

In case of limited sea traffic due to weather conditions, Welcomeist reserves the right to cancel the events.

In case of cancellations due to weather conditions, our guests will receive a full refund.
